Hey,
I have a Mac Pro 5.1 with a Geforce GTX 970 and just did the sierra upgrade. But most new features don't work. I don't see a pip icon anywhere and can't copy and paste anything throughout my devices despite the fact that my mac is faster than 90% of all recent macs out there.
Any solutions?

PIP only works with Safari and iTunes for now. Only certain sites will show the PIP icon. I think CNN and ESPN do, YouTube doesn't.
As far as the Universal Clipboard, mobile devices have to be running iOS 10, you have to be logged in on all devices with the same Apple ID. Bluetooth and WiFi have to be on.
thanks for the quick reply. I know that not all sites support it. But even the ones that supposedly do, don't do so with my Mac. The technology does work tho on my computer. You can activate via a trick on youtube which works perfectly fine. Nowhere else though.
regarding the clipboard: All my devices are on the newest ios and I'm logged in in all of them. Still doesn't work
Some of the features in Sierra have nothing to do with the speed of your system. Instead they are coupled with the capabilities of the WIFI and Bluetooth devices and inherent support in the newer processors. Apple provides a list of computers that support the various iOS/MacOS integration features here.
As mentioned, your Mac Pro doesn't support the Universal Clipboard.
